G Suite, Google'south cloud-based office software platform, has made remote collaboration simpler than ever. Sharing and creating documents can be done in a snap, and locally stored files tin can be uploaded and shared via Google drive equally well.

If y'all're working from home and need to collaborate with coworkers, Google Drive can be invaluable–if you know how to use it.

Remote workers who are new to Google Drive demand to get-go with the nuts, like how to upload a file. There are two ways to upload documents, photos, videos, and other types of images to Google Drive, and both can be done in a snap.

Method ane: How to drag and drib

To upload using the "drag and drop" method, make sure you've browsed to the location of the file you desire to upload from your computer. In this case, I've created a test document that I've placed in a test folder on my desktop (Figure B).
